Almost all items in our store are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for items in good condition.

Items of improper quality (defect in printing, embroidery, material, or fit) will be reworked and resent at our expense, or you will be offered a full refund if the desired item is no longer available for replacement. In such cases, we may suggest exchanging the product for one of equal value (taking into account the cost of shipping).
Only if it is not possible to replace the product, a full refund (excluding transaction fees - 6%) can be provided.
Items labeled as clearance or final sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
We accept claims regarding the product within 30 days of receipt or in cases where the product is lost by the postal operator, within 30 days from the estimated date of receipt.
